I’ve worked in the storage industry from the ground up. I’ve seen so many changes over the past 20 years.  I want to help owners and developers of storage facilities progress to what they imagined when they began investing in storage. I’m in a unique position to help many storage owners and developers who are looking to increase their business and make it better.  Some know how to take it to the next level, some need a little guidance and some don’t know that there is another level.  It’s heart breaking to see owners and developers sell their facilities only a few years later because it was not what they had expected and watched their investment fail.  Prato Self Storage Management Solutions was formed in 2020 to fulfill that need for storage owners and developers, to excel in an ever changing industry.
