UHAUL Moving and Storage
PSS supported over 100+ U-Haul businesses, exceeding income goals for all locations. PSS supported U-Haul’s initiatives to strive for customer service excellence and supported increasing visibility to serve the storage and moving “Do it Yourself” customer. We established and expanded market areas, developed and implemented programs to increase the overall experience of the customer. PSS collaborated with owners on projects and expense management. We conducted onsite visits to maximize the safety and operational effectiveness of each location. PSS received consistent awards for excellence in products and service.
